Lauren Herbert is a Los Angeles-based entertainment journalist, correspondent, producer, and digital content strategist with 10 years of experience creating compelling content across broadcast television and digital platforms.

An experienced journalist and SAG-AFTRA member, she combines deep editorial credibility with a warm, conversational interview style that draws out authentic moments from the biggest names in entertainment and sports — including Meryl Streep, Jennifer Lopez, Pedro Pascal, Simone Biles, Alysa Liu along with dozens of other celebrities.

On the broadcast side, Lauren has covered the entertainment industry's most prestigious events, including the SAG Awards and Oscars Vanity Fair Party red carpets, high-profile celebrity junkets, and major sporting moments, including the 2026 Winter Olympics, the 2024 Summer Olympics, and the 2025 and 2026 Kentucky Derby.

As a digital leader on the Access Hollywood team, Lauren drives day-to-day editorial strategy, develops scalable, repeatable content formats, and expands the brand's IP portfolio. She originated Reality Nightcap,  an interview series that evolved into a full vodcast now streaming on Peacock — making her a trusted voice among reality stars and the superfans who love them.
